GABLES END...from these hands... Folk Art for a house, a garden and a happy heart. Sue Heino and Charlie Kraft create hand-crafted folk art on our New England farm in the hills of New Hampshire. We have designed a wide variety of wooden pieces, birdhouses, soft sculpture, mirrors, wreaths, lamps, gifts and collectibles for those looking for unusual and unique folk art. Sue has run her retail shop "The Calico Hen" for 32 years. Six years ago with Sue and Charlie got together combining years of Sue’s design talent and eye with Charlie’s woodworking skills. We starting going to wholesale folk art shows and found a niche. While it is a lot of work, we also found a great way of life. One promoter defined Gable End as – "Sophisticated folk art for town and country". Come visit us at our farm Charlie and Sue
